Returns and Refunds

We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that we cannot accept returns for opened or used products due to the nature of our items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning your item, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact our customer support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos documenting the damage. Cancellations
